• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

• Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

• Issues with Delivery: If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at hello@seekgoodpsyche.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
