A few years ago I hit a point where my life looked good from the outside - corporate tech job, living and hustling in a big city - but I didn’t feel good inside it.
I was living fast, online too much, and my nervous system was constantly revving to keep up. I kept thinking I needed a bigger change, a bigger city, a bigger plan. What I actually needed was peace.
So I left. I moved to a small town in Western New York and started rebuilding my days around the things that make life feel steady again: nature, neighbors, routines, seasons, and the kind of beauty you create rather than consume.
Good Psyche is the world that grew from that shift.
