1. The Lazy Girl (Lemon Balm and Lavender Lemonade)
Lemon balm is a member of the mint family, and considered a calming herb. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion. We stan a calm tummy.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
- Steep dried lemon balm leaves and lavender buds in hot water for 10-15 minutes to make an herbal infusion. Strain the herbs.
- In a pitcher, combine the herbal infusion, honey or agave syrup, fresh lemon juice, and cold water.
- Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs.

2. The Lucid Lady (Rosemary Citrus Bliss)
We added a teaspoon of blue lotus to the rosemary tea. Blue Lotus has long been used to benefit mood and enhance relaxation.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon dried blue lotus petals
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle fresh rosemary leaves with honey and grated orange zest in a glass.
- In a separate pitcher, mix orange juice and sparkling water.
- Pour the rosemary mixture into the pitcher and stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
